Maryland is suing on the grounds that Trump violated Congress’ decision, unlawfully re-allocated billions in funds and ignored federal requirements to consult with the state.
The group marched from Hornbake Plaza to the Thomas V. Miller Administration building, holding up signs and chanting phrases like “say it loud, say it clear: immigrants are welcome here.”
